With over 40 years of industry experience and as the founder of Security Zone in 1993, Mark has built a company from the ground up, establishing a lasting legacy in the security systems industry. Starting as the sole employee, Mark has grown Security Zone into a recognized industry leader in our region.
While still deeply involved in the day-to-day operations, Mark now focuses on driving the company’s growth and expanding our presence in the industrial market. His commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and long-term success continues to shape the future of Security Zone.
System Design & Sales
With over 32 years of experience in sales—and 17 of those with Security Zone—Brad is a trusted expert in the design and sales of comprehensive security solutions. His deep knowledge spans security systems, surveillance cameras, fire detection, and access control.
Brad takes a hands-on approach, starting with on-site visits to evaluate your specific security needs. He then designs a customized system using the right equipment to deliver reliable, effective protection. Whether it’s your home, a small business or a commercial facility, Brad is dedicated to providing tailored solutions that give you peace of mind.
Office Manager
With over 40 years of management experience—including 17 years with Security Zone—Bobra brings deep expertise and a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of our operations. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping the company’s success and stability.
Bobra oversees all facets of day-to-day operations and financial management, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Her ability to navigate the complexities of managing a dynamic company like Security Zone is a testament to her dedication, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.

Tech Specialist / Service Coordinator
With 13 years in the industry and 10 of those at Security Zone, Peyton has really grown into his role as Tech Specialist and Service Coordinator. While scheduling service calls, installations, and fire inspections is a major part of the job, it’s Peyton’s attention to detail and proactive approach that truly stand out.
From in-depth initial troubleshooting that can often resolve issues over the phone to precise diagnostics that ensure efficient, well-prepared service visits— saving everyone time and money. Peyton also handles most of the programming for our security and fire alarm systems. With remote programming, systems are set up right the first time, without the stress of rushing through it on-site. Everything’s done to the high standard we’ve stuck to at Security Zone for years.

Customer Support Specialist
With over 32 years of customer service experience—including the past two at Security Zone—Tim has become our go-to first responder. Whether you’re visiting our office or calling in, Tim is likely the first friendly face or voice you’ll encounter.
From helping new clients get started with system installations to assisting with service issues, Tim is always ready to help—or quickly connect you with the right team member who can. His dedication to exceptional customer support ensures every client feels heard, helped, and valued.
Lead Technician
With 26 years in the industry — and 11 of those at Security Zone — Craig brings a ton of knowledge and experience to the table. He’s our Lead Technician on all of our industrial projects and large commercial jobs, and there’s not much he hasn’t done. From access control systems to fire alarms, security systems, and surveillance setups, Craig’s done it all.
On top of being hands-on with installs, Craig also maps out the game plan for other technicians, making sure every job meets the high standards we’re known for. He’s a cornerstone of our team and a big reason our biggest projects run smoothly.
Technician
Josh joined the Security Zone team in 2022 as a freshly graduated Electronics Technician. While he came in with limited real-world experience, he hit the ground running — starting out with basic service calls and hands-on training in the office.
Since then, Josh has grown into our go-to tech for residential and small commercial installs and service work. He’s also been a key part of the crew on larger industrial projects, working alongside our lead technician to build experience and sharpen his skills. Josh’s drive to learn and get the job done right makes him a valuable part of the team.

Technician
Bailey came on board in 2024 and is currently focused on learning the ropes by assisting our experienced technicians on installs and service calls. While he continues training and building his skills at the office, we’re also getting him out in the field on smaller service calls and basic installs to give him valuable real-world experience.
It’s all part of the plan to help Bailey grow into handling larger, more complex jobs down the road — and so far, he’s off to a solid start.
Technician
Jarrett joined us in 2025, bringing with him 8 years of industry experience — and he hit the ground running. From day one, he’s been able to step right into the role, handling industrial fire alarm installs and annual fire inspections with confidence and skill.
He’s quickly become a key part of our team, taking on the role of Fire Alarm Technician and handling commercial and industrial installs. Jarrett’s experience and steady approach make him a reliable go-to for some of our bigger, more complex jobs
